WHAT WE ARE DOING:
As part of our commitment to keeping our staff safe, and the customers we serve, we will be working on a limited staff basis, in accordance with the new public health emergency order issued by the Governor on March 18, 2020. We have restricted travel and any non-scheduled office appointments. That said, we are still available and ready to serve you. REPORT A CLAIM:
If you do have a claim, you may report potential claims directly to the insurance company by using their 1(800) Claim Service that is open 24/7. Claim reporting information is available on your policy or can be found on the insurance company website. A Cress staff member is also available to help.
